As a symbol, the ‘Tree of Life’ means growth and grounding, as well as hope and connection, for both the future and the past. The roots and intertwined branches illustrate both family connections and spiritual beliefs of interconnectedness.
It is my hope that as we find our connection to each other and in doing so we will do less harm in the world. We are all connected; to break or burn the branch or root of one tree ultimately hurts the branches and roots of all trees. Let us quiet our souls and listen to the wisdom of the trees.
